• Has production capability of fulfilling buyer's order requirements within reasonable and defined time lines and quantities. Production facilities meet all labor standard requirements.
• Able to provide representative with quality finished samples per collection complete with company labels.
• Always designing next season's collections, developing and improving current products.
• Actively looking for ways to improve company as a whole. Understands value of marketing.
