While relocating to New York in the early 90’s, Heike fine-tuned her craftsmanship skills at Anne Klein, Searle and she consulted for Work and Friends a collection which was subsidized by Yohji Yamamoto in Tokyo, Japan.
In 2000 Heike Jarick launched her own label h e i k e j a r i c k.
Heike Jarick is known for her unusual and luxurious fabric choices which she researches all over the world. Her choice of colors is exquisite and harmonious with the off kilter cuts revealing sensuality in unexpected places which flatters through cuts and draping the body shape. In juxtaposition to the soft draping she shows her extraordinary skill for tailoring in her jackets and coats.
