How to Plan for a Maximum Buying Window, June 5, 6-8p
April 2nd, 2012 | Published in New Designer Consultation Services
$50 Workshop Enrollment.
So often, new designers release their collections late in the season because they don't allow enough time for each stage in the production process. By the time their collection is released, many retail buyers are "all bought up", so they miss a key opportunity to grow their sales accounts. Retail buyers often buy early on, so don't miss your opportunity to sell to buyers who purchase at the opening of each season.
- Learn when you should release your seasonal collections to allow for a maximum buying window.
- Based on when you should release each collection, create a yearly production calendar so you will always be on time with your sales and marketing materials, sample collections, photoshoots, fabric ordering, etc.
- Learn how to make your sales team happy by delivering everything they need on time, if not early!
When you leave this workshop, you will have a yearly schedule outlined so that you can plan for on time production and collection releases each season!
This is a one day workshop taking place Tuesday, June 5th. Workshop participation fee is $50 and each class is limited to just 10 designers or brand representatives to ensure maximum individual feedback and attention can be given. Workshops take place at the Altitude Showroom, 680 8th St. #240, San Francisco, CA 94103.
