Twenty-five new celebrity moms including, Angelina Jolie, Gwen Stefani, Jessica Alba, Elizabeth Hasselbeck, and Nicole Richie, will enjoy the soft comfort and five-look versatility of sexy day dresses by emerging fashion designer, Revelation by M.E.
Each Mother’s Day, Los Angeles-based Celebrity and Awards Show Gifting Service, Distinctive Assets, delivers baskets of designer goodies to Hollywood’s hippest new moms. The company scours the world of fashion, beauty products and accessories to locate functional, high-fashion designs deemed to be innovative and useful in the busy lives of new working mothers. Included in this year’s exclusive opportunity is San Francisco’s own emerging fashion designer team, Revelation by M.E., whose comfortable day dresses are transformable into sexy silhouettes of cocktail dresses and party dresses.
“We thought our Spring 2009 Collection was absolutely perfect for fashion-forward new mothers whose busy days take them from the production set, to business meetings, to various press opps,” explained Myrda Monasterial, co-designer whose name stands for the “M” in “M.E.” Eloisa Serrano, the “E” and other half of the design team elaborated, “When you are constantly traveling from place to place, even with a team of people on your side, it’s important to eliminate clutter, especially when you are carrying a diaper bag.” Rebecca Romijn, Jennifer Garner, Mini Driver, Tori Spelling, Ashlee Simpson and others will receive two dress styles from Revelation by M.E. that can be restyled into several looks throughout the day and be worn all the way through various evening events.
The Christine Strapless Dress (shown above) and the Abby Reversible Scoop Neck Dress represent the brand’s debut line of Spring/Summer 2009 Collection. The Christine’s versatile sashes can be modified into flutter sleeves, worn in several dramatic bow-tie or necktie styles, and wrapped around the waist as a sash. The Abby features a detachable obi belt, is reversible with a solid color for day and a sexy pattern for night, and can be worn with a scoop neck or a low back. The collection is produced in San Francisco from the irresistibly soft textile of modal which is cooler to the touch than cotton, color fast, fade resistant and 100% natural and biodegradable.
